PYRAMADA‘s passion is their music – the devotion runs through their bodies and souls and rushes through their veins to produce their distinct sound. As talented musicians PYRAMADA are an original hard rock band based in West New York and New Jersey.
PYRAMADA offers music and lyrics that focus on life in general. People have said the band’s sound is like a mixture of Metallica, Alice in Chains, and Pink Floyd rolled into one - it’s like old school meets new school, creating their new distinct metal sound.
Paul Pollio (Bass) and Pete Pollio (Vocals/Guitar) (brothers) started playing at an early age of 12. They started out in the garage beginning as a cover band, to a tribute band and eventually morphed into a band performing all originals. PYRAMADA rounded out their lineup coming together with Ray Rives (Lead Guitar) formerly of TLTN (Tomorrow Leads to Nothing) and Mike Finkelday (Drums) formerly of Worldwind.
The band name, PYRAMADA means “Absolute Peace”. Now is PYRAMADA‘s time and they are ready to bring their sound to the masses.
